How a mandate runs
A typical project lasts four to ten weeks, delivered online. We review the proposition, challenge its assumptions and prepare the material and conversations required for the next decision. Introductions are considered where there is a relevant fit and consent from the parties.
What you receive
An investment or partnership narrative; a documented assumptions and readiness assessment; a pitch structure; a partner profile and engagement plan; and a prioritised action list.
