Engagement terms

Scope and acceptance

Each engagement requires a written proposal and agreement identifying the contracting parties, objective, deliverables where relevant, schedule, fees, currency, payment milestones and cancellation arrangements. A website enquiry does not establish a contract.

Two distinct practices

Coaching supports the client’s reflection, decisions and actions. Consulting addresses specified organisational work. The agreement states which practice applies and how any overlap is managed.

Responsibilities

EUDEXUS supplies the agreed professional service within its competence. The client remains responsible for business decisions, implementation authority and the accuracy of information provided. Outcomes depend on the context and participation; funding or business results are not guaranteed.

Confidentiality and information

Confidentiality, sponsor reporting, ownership of deliverables and authorised use of materials are set out in the signed agreement. Neither party may disclose the other’s confidential information except as agreed or legally required.

Changes and ending the work

Changes to scope, timing or fees require written agreement. Either party may raise a concern or request termination. The commercial arrangements are described on the payment-terms page; the signed agreement addresses any applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable framework

The signed agreement specifies the governing law, dispute process, liability provisions and consumer information applicable to the client and engagement. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
