Transformation & Delivery Architecture

The problem

Strategy is clear, but delivery is fragmented. Responsibilities overlap, decisions wait, and teams spend more time explaining progress than making it.

What we do

We examine the delivery system: decision rights, programme and portfolio governance, dependencies and operational processes. Work can include digital transformation roadmaps, Agile@Scale and SAFe implementation, and a practical operating model.

How a mandate runs

A typical mandate lasts three to nine months, with an executive committee sponsor. Diagnosis establishes the current constraints. Design clarifies the target architecture. Implementation tests it with the people who must operate it. Hybrid delivery combines remote work with agreed onsite anchor points.

What you receive

A transformation roadmap with priorities and dependencies; a governance and decision-rights framework; an agreed delivery cadence; and a handover plan with named responsibilities. The deliverables and acceptance criteria are fixed in the proposal.

Previous transformation work includes a digital roadmap for a defence company in Belgium, a 20% increase in on-time programme delivery through governance redesign, and a supply-chain restructuring reducing inventory from €17M to €5M while service levels rose from 94% to 99%. These are examples of past work, not forecasts for a new engagement.

Where this does not apply

This is not outsourced software development, a certification audit or a promise that a framework will resolve an organisational problem. A mandate needs an accountable sponsor, access to the relevant people and a willingness to change how decisions are made.
