Where the work happens matters less than whether it holds.
EUDEXUS is based in Mauritius and works across Europe, Africa, the Indian Ocean, the Gulf and India, in English and French. Most engagements run online. Some require presence. The distinction is made on what the work needs, not on what is easier to sell.
Online
Full engagement by video. Default for individual coaching, OKR design, and most advisory cadence.
Hybrid
Onsite anchor points inside a mostly remote engagement. Default for team coaching and transformation mandates.
Onsite
Continuous presence for a defined block. Diagnostic days, workshops, delivery-critical phases. Minimum two days.
Individual coaching is delivered online by default. Not as a compromise — over a cycle of eight to ten sessions, video removes the scheduling friction that ends most coaching engagements early. Onsite is offered where presence changes the work: team sessions, diagnostic days, and facilitation.
A practical time overlap.
Mauritius and Réunion share the same time (UTC+4), with no seasonal clock change. Appointments can be arranged from 09:00 to 20:00 Mauritius time. The first row shows this appointment window. The other rows show its overlap with indicative 09:00–17:00 business hours at the stated regional offsets. All times in the table are Mauritius / Réunion time.

A clear agreement before the work.
All engagements contract with EUDEXUS Limited, incorporated in Mauritius (BRN C23199955), Africa Business Centre, 1st Floor, Unity House, 51 Rue du Savoir, Cybercity, Ébène, Republic of Mauritius.
Engagements are quoted as a whole, not by the hour. Coaching cycles are invoiced in two instalments; consulting mandates against defined phases. Invoices are settled by bank transfer in EUR or MUR. Rates are discussed after a first conversation, once the scope of the work is understood.
Where onsite delivery is agreed, travel and accommodation are quoted separately and approved in advance. No travel cost is ever invoiced without prior written agreement.
Distance is a scheduling problem. It has never been the reason an engagement failed.
