Who is responsible

EUDEXUS Limited, Africa Business Centre, 1st Floor, Unity House, 51 Rue du Savoir, Cybercity, Ébène, Republic of Mauritius, BRN C23199955, is the controller of enquiry and engagement information. Contact: contact@eudexus.com.

Website operation

The forms transmit enquiries to the website’s own handler for delivery by email. Their contents are not saved in a website database or browser storage. The chosen display language is stored locally. Fonts are self-hosted. No advertising tracker or analytics script has been added by EUDEXUS.

Information and purposes

Enquiries may include a name, business contact details, role, organisation and a description of the situation. The purposes are to answer the enquiry, assess whether an engagement is suitable, and administer an agreed service. Visitors should avoid sending sensitive third-party information.

Hosting, processors and transfers

The website is hosted by OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France) in data centres located in France. Enquiry forms are processed by the website itself and delivered by email to contact@eudexus.com, a mailbox hosted by OVH; no third-party form service is used and no enquiry is stored on the website. Access and security logs may be processed by OVH under its own terms.

Retention and individual rights

In line with the data-minimisation principle (GDPR, article 5.1.c) and the spirit of the Global Code of Ethics, session notes are not kept beyond the engagement. They are destroyed when the engagement closes: physical destruction for paper, permanent deletion for digital media, including periodic backups according to their rotation cycle.

Targeted exception — supervision in progress: where ongoing supervision concerns an active or recently closed engagement, the notes strictly necessary are kept until the end of the supervision cycle concerned, then destroyed without delay. This retention is limited to the ethical purpose of supervision and may serve no other use.

Accounting, invoice and payment records are kept for 10 years. Contracts are kept for 5 years after the engagement ends. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for 12 months after the last contact.

Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, where applicable, should be directed to contact@eudexus.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority, including the Mauritius Data Protection Office or the authority in your EU country of residence.
