Personal and professional coaching
You may be going through a change, weighing different options or wanting to move forward with a situation that no longer works for you. Individual coaching gives you space to step back, understand what matters to you and prepare your next steps.
This work is open to individuals at any stage of their working life. You can bring a personal question, a work-related question, or both.
In your personal life
- Clarify your priorities when different demands compete for your attention.
- Recognise your strengths and feel more confident about taking your place.
- Set boundaries and find a balance between your commitments.
- Prepare for a life change or a project that matters to you.
In your professional life
- Explore a career change or a new direction.
- Prepare for a new role, changing responsibilities or a return to work.
- Understand what motivates you and what you want from your work.
- Make a career decision that takes account of your personal life, values and constraints.
You do not need to hold a leadership role to benefit from this coaching.
Preparing for change
Change can bring both anticipation and hesitation. We explore what it means for you, the resources you can draw on and the areas that need your attention. You can then plan realistic steps, try out possibilities and adjust your decisions in light of your experience.
How does the coaching work?
We start with your situation and agree an objective that is meaningful to you. Questions, reflection and actions you choose to try between sessions help you move forward. Your choices remain your own; the coach does not decide for you.
An individual cycle comprises eight to ten sessions of 60 to 75 minutes, one every two to three weeks, over three to six months.
Sessions take place online, in English or French. We regularly review your progress and whether the objective still fits your needs.
A clear framework
Confidentiality and each person’s commitments are explained before we begin. Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis or crisis support. If another form of support seems more appropriate, we discuss it openly.

A first conversation
A first conversation lasts thirty minutes, without commitment. It gives us time to discuss what you need and whether this coaching is right for you. The terms and fees are made clear before you commit.
