Fees and payment milestones

Coaching cycles are invoiced in two instalments; consulting mandates are invoiced against defined phases. The proposal states each amount, due date and settlement currency before acceptance. Travel and accommodation require a separate quote and prior written approval.

Bank transfers

Invoices are settled by bank transfer in EUR or MUR.

Cancelling or moving a session

The notice period is 48 hours and applies reciprocally to the client and EUDEXUS. The financial treatment of a late cancellation, exceptional circumstances and any substitute date must be expressly agreed in the contract.

Ending an engagement

Either party may end the engagement without a termination penalty. Undelivered, prepaid sessions are refunded within 30 days, with the calculation and any completed consulting phases documented. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Consumer withdrawal

Where a 14-day withdrawal right applies to a distance contract with an EU consumer, the contract supplies the required information and withdrawal process. Any request to begin work during that period is recorded in writing. The contract sets out the arrangements applicable to the transaction.
